Day-trip booking information
For the 4-hour Kotu Creek tour and full-day coastal birding trip.
Book now, pay in cash on the day. No deposit or online payment is required. Payment is due before your trip starts.
Prices and group size
- 4-hour Kotu Creek tour: £45 per person.
- Full-day coastal birding trip: £65 per person.
- Each booking is for 2–6 travellers. The calendar shows your group’s total before submission.
Dates and start times
Day trips operate from 1 November to 31 March. Book at least 24 hours before your chosen start time.
- 4-hour tour: choose a start between 7am and 3pm.
- Full-day tour: choose a start between 7am and 9am.
All times are local to The Gambia. Enter your hotel or meeting point and a telephone or WhatsApp number so we can arrange meeting details.
Confirmation
A successful booking submission confirms your trip and displays a booking reference. We email your confirmation with the trip, date, start time, number of travellers and total price. Keep your reference when contacting us.
Paying on the day
We accept cash in pounds sterling, euros, US dollars or Gambian dalasis. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling; contact us to agree the cash amount if paying in another currency.
Changes or cancellation
If your plans change or you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and include your booking reference. Contact us to arrange changes to your date, time, group size or meeting point.
Travel insurance is recommended.
